Polar is a Finnish manufacturer of sports training computers, renowned for developing the world’s first wireless heart rate monitor.

SAMI Japan Inc.

Since its founding, SAMI Japan Inc. has promoted new business projects aimed at fostering innovation between Japan and the Eastern European/former Soviet regions. In response to the invasion of Ukraine, the company relocated its base to Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture.

In 2023, SAMI established a public-private joint venture, People Cloud, in collaboration with Izumo City and launched hello, yaponiya — a relocation program for highly skilled IT professionals from Eastern Europe to Japan. Acting as a bridge between Eastern European engineers and Japanese companies, SAMI pursues new value through multicultural collaboration together with client companies.

Additionally, the company provides end-to-end support in diverse domestic and international product development projects — from MVP creation to social implementation and continued growth.
